The Undertones are a pretty ill pop punk/punk rock band from Northern Ireland from the late 70s/early 80s. This single, "My Perfect Cousin," was released in 1980. It's off their record "Hypnotised" which i suggest getting yours hands on.
Feargal Sharkey's voice rules and the guitarist's song writing skills also warrant a high five.
